No client details will be shared without written consent unless required by law.

Right to Refuse or Decline Services Policy

For the safety, comfort, and integrity of both the practitioner and clients, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or violates professional boundaries.

Services may be declined or terminated if the client:

Exhibits violent, aggressive, or threatening behavior toward the practitioner or others.
Is deemed a danger to themselves or others (including suicidal ideation, self-harm, or violent tendencies). In such cases, professional medical or crisis intervention may be recommended.
Engages in sexual harassment, inappropriate touching, or suggestive behavior of any kind. Reiki and sound healing are professional, non-sexual healing modalities, and any misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session.
Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, which may impair judgment and the ability to receive energy healing safely.
Displays discriminatory, racist, or otherwise offensive conduct that goes against the values of respect, inclusion, and a safe healing environment.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Harassment & Misconduct

Any form of harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, the session will be immediately terminated without a refund, and further action may be taken, including notifying authorities if necessary.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a non-refundable charge or forfeited session.
If the practitioner must cancel, clients will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

Refund Policy

All sales are final, as energy work is a service-based offering with no guaranteed outcomes.

Refunds are only considered for cancellations made within the allowed time frame.
No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, missed appointments, or dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.

Scope of Practice & Ethical Guidelines

Services are offered as complementary healing modalities and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal services.

The practitioner does not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure any condition.
